CONDITIONS OF HIRE 2010     to book on line
The application form for the hire of a lodging or a plot must be returned to us, dated and signed, together with the deposit payment. If we are able to accept your request, you will receive within 10 days, the confirmation  of your booking and further information concerning payment, insurance....If we are unable to attend to your application, we will return your payment and all expenses. During your stay at AIR HOTEL GRAND SUD  you will be required not only to comply with the special rules of the campsite (see on internet) but also with the official rules in force in all campsites which are permanently posted at the reception office. Each hire is nominal and can’t be ceded to another person or sublet in any way. No repayment or discount will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure. Only written observations, for the attention of the management 72 hours around the arrival are admissible. In case of litigation with the execution of this convention, the carcassonne court is competent enough.
Animals: dog or cat  valid vaccination certificates are required and the pets must always be kept on a lead.
